Pay : $18 / hour

Shift : 1st Shift, 5 AM - 2 PM

Job Summary :

The Production Group Lead Operator is responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and training production staff. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills to ensure the team meets production goals and maintains a safe, compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Production Management : Plan, implement, and oversee production schedules and workflows to meet production targets.
• Quality Control : Conduct quality audits and tests to ensure products meet established standards.
• Safety & Compliance : Maintain adherence to safety, health, and environmental guidelines, enforcing company policies.
• Training & Mentoring : Train production staff on equipment, processes, and department policies to ensure consistency and competency.
• Equipment Maintenance : Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Issue Resolution : Monitor production performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Work Environment : Keep the workspace safe, clean, and organized for optimal productivity.
• Communication : Provide regular updates on production status and issues to supervisors and team members.
• Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels, ensure proper stock rotation, and coordinate with relevant departments as needed.
