Position Overview : We are actively seeking an Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialists to support our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the payable and receivable processes, be organized and meticulous, and be willing to assist with other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Support full cycle of Accounts Payable including receiving and processing vendor invoices
- Review all invoices for appropriate PO documentation
- Receive internal approvals prior to payment
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Onboarding new vendors to online portal within software
- Obtain and maintain all vendor records including COI’s, W9s
- Assists with year-end 1099 tax reporting
- Support Senior Accountant with various administrative tasks including data entry, scanning and misc other duties Join our dynamic team at Headwall Investments, LLC and play a role in shaping the future of real estate in the State of Texas.
