1st Shift : 5 : 30 AM to 2 : 00 PMPosition Type : Temp-to-Hire (Candidates must be eligible for permanent hire after the temporary period)
Starting Salary : $20.00 / hour (Salary subject to evaluation upon permanent hire)
Language Requirement : Fluency in Spanish is required.
Experience Requirement : Minimum of 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Carrollton, TX facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing equipment and machinery are maintained, repaired, and optimized to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal machinery performance.Install and set up new machinery and ensure proper operational efficiency.Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including repair logs and preventive maintenance reports.Collaborate with production teams to improve machinery performance and address potential safety concerns.Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with safety protocols.Required Experience :
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Previous experience working with industrial machinery and equipment maintenance.Required Skills :
Fluency in Spanish (required).Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing setting.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet maintenance deadlines.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have) :
Experience with preventive maintenance programs .Knowledge of PLC systems and automation equipment .Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems for logging maintenance activities
