What You’ll Do :
Hunt for New Business – Hit the ground running with in-person cold calls, phone outreach, and strategic networking to identify new opportunities.
Build Strong Client Relationships – Attend industry events, understand client needs, and develop tailored staffing solutions.
Drive Sales Growth – Develop a targeted sales strategy, negotiate contracts, and close deals that fuel company success.
Partner with Recruiting Teams – Ensure clients get the right talent by working closely with our recruiters to fill roles effectively.
Manage the Full Sales Cycle – From prospecting to placement, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service and exceeding expectations.
What We’re Looking For :
- 2-5 years of sales experience (staffing industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills – You know how to build trust and influence decision-makers.
- Self-starter mentality – You’re motivated, competitive, and eager to grow.
- Ability to thrive in a mix of field and phone sales – Comfortable with cold calls, follow-ups, and face-to-face meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
