VIP Staffing is immediately hiring an Human Resources Generalist for a leading organization in Albuquerque, NM
As an Human Resources Generalist you will :
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, recognition, transitions, and maintenance of all associated records.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures in all aspects
- Oversee a variety of employee benefits for staff and teen interns, ranging from 100-200 people. Plans include health, retirement, wellness, 403b and others.
- Responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing
- Manage vendor relations
- Support staff training
- Review insurance, selection and reporting
- Maintain companies Org. chart
- Collaborate across departments to understand key strategic workflows, priorities and deliverables
- Oversee compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Maintain personnel files
- Assist and track organizational training and certifications for staff.

Pay for this position is $ 47,000-$50,000 DOE
Schedule is Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm
