We are now hiring for Production Associates for a Manufacturing company in San Marcos, TX. These positions are starting ASAP! Please submit your resume to this posting and call our office at 830-629-2525.
Pay : $17 / hr base $1 / shift differential
Schedule :
3rd shift : Sunday-Thursday 10 : 00pm-6 : 30am
MUST be able to train on 1st shift for the first few weeks (Monday-Friday 6 : 00am-2 : 30pm)
What You Will Do
Set up and operate machinery to manufacture complex products and customized bundles
Perform routine maintenance and maintain proper adjustment of machinery.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and notify Inventory Control of low levels or defective materials.
Regularly review and remain current on Operating Procedures, Quality Procedures and
Maintain a clean and safe working area using LEAN Manufacturing principals
Work in a Team environment
Who You Are
Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
Understanding of production procedures, manufacturing specifications, etc.
Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
Attention to detail
Teamwork and communication skills
Physical stamina and strength
Ability to think and act quickly for problem solving
Knowledge and Experience :
Ability to read and write English
High School Diploma or equivalent
Supervisory or management experience preferred but not required
