Entry Level Position - Perform renovations and repairs for existing VIP properties and finish construction/carpentry work for new VIP properties.
Responsibilities:
General maintenance and repair duties
Perform basic carpentry, painting, masonry, light electrical, flooring, tire racking setup, and other tasks as needed.
Work in a safe manner, follow all safety policies while performing job duties, including wearing required personal protective equipment
Keep work area clean and organized.
Preparation and assembly of various building components and materials used in the renovation, repair, or new construction of a VIP property.
Perform various other job duties as assigned and needed.
Communicate with team members to assist in the completion of tasks.
Travel as needed for projects, including overnights.
New location setup and repair
Skills & Abilities Required
Ability to safely perform light carpentry and construction tasks.
Ability to learn new skills as required to complete renovation jobs.
Ability to stay busy, be highly productive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and follow directions.
Knowledge of tools needed to perform jobs, and ability to use them safely and effectively.
Finish tasks in a timely manner
Communicate effectively and positively with team members, store staff, supervisors, and management.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience preferred
Extended hours and overnights based on business needs.
Travel from the Support Center, or your home base, will be provided or reimbursed.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass both a criminal background and a substance abuse screening.
