Position Title: Networking & Support Specialist
Reporting To: Senior Network Administrator
Location: VIP Support Center, Auburn, ME
Primary Purpose
This position, working with the Senior Network Administrator, will assist supporting the stores by maintaining printers and their supply, wiring up devices, and staffing the help desk.

Responsibilities
Track and monitor all printers, maintain supplies, plan equipment upgrades
Support store openings or remodels by installing networking cables, access points, and devices
Monitor networks and systems
Become an expert user in our point of sale and provide support to end users via the support line
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be able to lift loads of up to 50lbs
Must be able to climb a 20’ ladder
Travel is required and can be up to 50% of worked hours
Pay is negotiable based on experience and / or education
Occasional on call rotation
