Position : Assistant Controller
Full Time role
Location : Chico, CA ( only local no nonlocal candidates please)
Major Skills:
someone with a strong accounting background (ideally with a CPA), leadership experience managing accounting teams, and expertise in manufacturing with a focus on costing. Additionally, they should have strong technical skills (accounting software and Excel)
CPA is MUST
Look for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly those with direct experience in costing (product costing, analyzing cost structures, etc.).
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is essential for this role.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
