Responsibilities :
- Lead 3-4 people
- Must have experience with Entra ID, Azure AD, Sailpoint
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IAM engineering, with expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, SSO, and SailPoint or similar IGA tools
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and privileged access management (PAM)
- Proficiency in IAM tools like Active Directory, SSO, PIM, MFA, RBAC, and system integrations using APIs
- Experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Entra ID, and integration with enterprise applications
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell) to streamline IAM processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex IAM concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, delegate responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency with Office 365 / M365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with a commitment to continuous learning
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate the team, resolve conflicts
- Experience in managing team members, ensuring high team performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within IAM processes and tools to enhance security, efficiency, and scalability
