Job Overview
At Viper Enterprises LLC, we are a dynamic organization dedicated to assisting Independent and Franchise automobile dealers, along with other auto related industries like, Golf Cart Retailers, Powersports Dealers, and even Heavy Equipment Dealers. We are currently looking for motivated and experienced Business Development Directors to join our team, we are looking open nine territories across Ohio.
As a Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the success of our regional operations. We currently have prospect dealers and active accounts in many areas without a local Business Development Director. Because of this we are trying to fill these positions quickly and territory opportunities are open in Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, Cleveland, Mansfield, Toledo, Youngstown, Marietta, and Zanesville.
This is a commission based hunter mentality position. As mentioned above, we have too many dealers to service and maintain the level of care we expect. We need you to take over these accounts and grow the business. You must have the ability to have influence over others to generate business.
Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth within the assigned area
- Manage and supervise a set of dealers, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and profitability
- Lead initiatives for process improvement to enhance productivity and streamline operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and implement development plans for your dealers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a role with a focus on sales, business development, and strategic planning
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence dealers and teams towards achieving goals
- Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting trends, and making data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
