- Media relations : Building relationships with the media, responding to media requests, and pitching the media about corporate initiatives
- Writing : Writing press releases, articles, speeches, and social media posts
- Event planning : Organizing and attending promotional events like press conferences, open days, and exhibitions
- Social media : Developing social media programs and helping clients determine the tone to use across social media
- Crisis management : Managing crisis communications
- Brand consistency : Ensuring brand consistency across marketing materials and helping clients and customers understand what the company offers
- Presentations : Writing and producing presentations for public speaking at interviews, press conferences, and other events
- Reports : Preparing and communicating findings from quarterly PR reports
