Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup: Load wire coils into the CNC coiling machine, select appropriate tooling based on spring design (dies, mandrels, forming tools), and program the machine with the correct parameters for wire diameter, coil pitch, and desired spring shape.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications to determine the precise dimensions and tolerances required for each spring.
- Machine Operation: Monitor the CNC machine during production, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and consistency.
- Quality Control: Regularly inspect produced springs using measuring tools to ensure they meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any machine malfunctions or errors during operation.
