Job Title : RN-Med Surg

Location : Lakeway TX

Duration : Full Time

Full Time, Night Shift (7pm-7am)

Consults and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. Prepares and administers (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed medications.

Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments. Educates patients on surgical

procedures.

Records patients’ medical information and vital signs.

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse, will oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model.

Your responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses.

What You'll Do As an RN?

• You will conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans.

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Program Specialized field of study should be nursing.
• A current and valid nursing license.
