Job Title : LPN / LVN
Location : Rochester, NY 14617
Job Duration : 13 Weeks contract
Shift : Nights / Days / Rotating
Schedule : Day / Night / Evening Shifts. Candidates are expected to work every other weekend and holiday.
Requirements :
Candidates must be able to independently take their own assignments.
This is not a long-term care (LTC) unit.
A minimum of 1-2 years of acute care hospital experience is required.
Certification : AHA BLS certification is required.
LPN License
Floating : Candidates may be required to float to the ICU or ER, but only to care for medical-surgical-level patients or serve as helping hands.
Job Description :
We are looking for a compassionate LPN with an ability to remain calm under pressure. The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting doctors and nurses.
Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
