Location : Westlake, TX (North America HQ)

The Associate Marketing Manager for SAM / NAM is a pivotal role aligning Marketing strategies with the unique needs of Strategic Accounts (SAs) and National Accounts (NAs). The ideal candidate for this role requires a delicate balance of strategic thinking, tactical execution, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as Marketing Liaison
Act as the primary contact between the SAM / NAM teams and marketing ensuring alignment on customer activation strategies.
Attend Vetcove meetings, voicing SA marketing needs and tracking initiatives such as MS and redirect link impacts.
Participate in Supply Demand meetings to understand current inventory, identify supply challenges, and communicate relevant insights to the SAM / NAM team.
Work with the Digital team to coordinate webinar follow-ups, customer journeys, and tasks within Comet. Collaborate on corporate initiatives focused on home delivery.

Strategic Planning :

Collaborate with the SAM / NAM team to develop account-specific marketing plans that drive growth of Virbac brands within corporate clinics and shelters

Develop and implement Plan of Action (POA) strategies to be deployed by field teams in corporate clinics.

Annual Marketing Calendar : Develop a comprehensive calendar to align with both SA and NA goals.

Understand Marketing Development Funds (MDF) inclusive of tracking and utilization, with a focus on maximizing ROI.

Collaborate with National Accounts to support ISR / DSR incentives; attend distribution meetings as needed to support account and marketing objectives.

Additional Considerations :

Data Analysis : Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Budget Management : Work within budget constraints to optimize resource allocation.

Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including SAM / NAM teams, corporate marketing, agencies, and distribution partners.

Adaptability : Stay updated on industry trends and be prepared to adapt to changing market conditions.

Communication Skills : Effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, both written and verbally.

Problem-Solving : Identify and address challenges proactively, finding creative solutions.

Requirements :

Minimum of 2-4 years of Marketing experience with a B2B focus

Animal Health experience is valued but not required

Undergraduate degree required w / MBA preferred

Role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (Westlake, TX). Must either be local to the DFW area or willing to relocate (relocation assistance may be available)

Hybrid work environment with requirement of 3 days in the office Tuesday - Thursday.

Work travel 10% - 15% but will vary throughout the year
