What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Manager position at Virbac?

Main activities:
Develop and implement cash forecasting models, including the cash budget and reporting process (TRT and cash flash).
Optimize working capital management, including payment cycle and netting processes.
Manage banking relationships and negotiate service agreements, including credit line management, bank coordination and platform management, and factoring.
Manage the FX process (forecast, payments, gains and losses)
Ensure daily liquidity needs are met.
Manage cash on daily, weekly, monthly basis to include making changes in check runs and cash commitments to VBSA.
Capex follow up to ensure budget adherence.
Area of accountability no.2: Financial Risk Mitigation
Main activities:
Ensure proper internal control around supplier bank account change and relating to the payment process
Assess and manage counterparty risk, including credit limit management and credit insurance (e.g., COFACE).
Manage the credit insurance program.
Coordinate with the US Corporate Controller to ensure that internal controls are in place and maintained, assuring, amongst others, but not limited to, regulatory compliance, authorization, accounting and treasury procedures, safeguarding of assets etc.
Ensure that all Treasury operations and transactions comply with local and applicable foreign treasury and banking regulations Ensure compliance with the Virbac Code of Ethics in all Treasury transactions and relationships
Area of accountability no.3: Manage Insurance programs
Main activities:
Oversee the company's insurance programs, including property, liability, and other coverage.
Manage the annual quote processes.
Ensure the periodic update of asset values for insurance purposes.
Coordinate periodic insurance audits.
Manage and follow up on insurance claims.
Negotiate insurance policies and manage relationships with insurance providers.
Assess and mitigate insurance-related risks.
Manage the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MODNR) - Stand by Letter of Credit
Area of accountability no.4 :Bank Side Management
Credit Card Program: Establish and maintain corporate credit card policies and procedures, monitor usage, manage provider relationships, and mitigate fraud.
Factoring: manage programs with factoring partners.
ACH and Wire initialization/validation
Credit Line Management: negotiate and manage credit lines, ensuring availability and optimal terms.
Bank Coordination and Platform Management: maintain relationships with banks, manage banking platforms, and ensure efficient communication.
Know-how: job-related skills required to complete activities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in treasury, finance, or investment management.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management techniques.
Experience with cash management, banking relationships, and debt financing.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
