The Global Mobility Business Development Executive is responsible for expanding market presence in the global mobility arena by identifying prospects, engaging with key decision-makers, and converting opportunities into revenue. This role acts as a bridge between client needs and the organization’s mobility solutions, ensuring that the strategies align with both business objectives and regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and Opportunity Analysis
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential markets, and opportunities in global mobility services.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes to understand market dynamics, industry benchmarks, and areas of strategic advantage.
  • Develop detailed business plans and forecasts that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Business Development Strategy
  • Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy to attract new clients and expand relationships with existing ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., global mobility specialists, legal, tax advisors) to create compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue leads through various channels such as networking events, industry conferences, and digital platforms.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in multinational organizations, including HR, Finance, and executive leadership.
  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and uniqueness of the company’s global mobility solutions.
  • Organize and lead presentations, workshops, and client meetings to showcase thought leadership and case studies in global mobility.
  • Sales and Negotiation
  • Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations that address client pain points and illustrate the benefits of customized global mobility strategies.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Support
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate translation of client requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives, including content development, digital campaigns, and event participation, to support lead generation efforts.
  • Provide feedback to product and service development teams to improve mobility offerings based on market insights and client input.
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development activities and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
  • Analyze data to refine business development strategies and optimize conversion rates.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Global Mobility certifications, Business Development certifications) is a plus.
  • Professional Experience
  • 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the global mobility, relocation, or expatriate services industries.
  • Demonstrated success in generating and converting leads, with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional role that involves collaborating with diverse teams (e.g., legal, tax, HR).
  • Industry Knowledge
  • In-depth understanding of international employment laws, immigration policies, and global mobility challenges.
  • Familiarity with market trends and emerging issues affecting global mobility programs.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Pay: $48,717.00 - $73,611.00 per year
