We are seeking an experienced Bartender for Virgils Real BBQ. The Ideal candidates should have strong bar experience, food and beverage knowledge and can work well under pressure in a high-volume environment. Our Bartenders must be very personable, patient, organized, have a passion and enthusiasm for craft beer and whiskey, are detail oriented and accurate with money.
Your Role with Us:
- The heart of the beverage operation, our bartenders enhance our guests experience at the bar and throughout the dining room with their extensive knowledge and bartending expertise.
- Offer our guests a great experience by cheerfully greeting, taking guests orders, and serving up our delicious cocktails.
- Consistently delivering a high level of customer service to each bar guest and maintain a safe environment.
Act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging the guest about both Carmines and Virgils locations and inviting them back again for Special Events and Catering experiences
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night; complete a final drawer tally at end of shift.
- Assist the Servers on the floor with taking table orders when needed.
- Adhere to all recipes when making beverages for the bar and dining room.
- Complete all side work necessary at the end of every shift.
- Engage with every department to ensure we are offering our guests the best possible experience.
We Are Looking for Candidates:
- With Bartender experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
- That are professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a have strong passion for hospitality.
- Able to perform at the highest level ensuring excellent service to our guests and our team members on the floor in this fast-paced environment.
- Who are fluent in English.
- With open flexibility to work various shifts.
- With Knowledge and passion for Craft Beer & Whiskey highly desired.

Compensation: $800-$1200 weekly
