We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to manage and process weekly payroll for 300 non-union employees at Virgin Fish, Inc.
About the Position:
- Verify payroll calculations and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
- Communicate effectively with HR and management regarding payroll matters
Responsibilities:
- Enter and process payroll data accurately and efficiently
- Act as primary point of contact for payroll-related issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Support with filing systems, copying, and mailing as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma and 3 years of payroll experience
- Experience with Paychex payroll systems is an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
