Our community is vibrant with a wide array of extra curricular activities, including music festivals, bike paths, hiking trails, breweries, wine tastings, and a long list of shopping and dining destinations. Virginia Beach is consistently rated as a top place to live due to our active, family friendly, oceanfront location.
Our talented team of clinic professionals includes Veterinarians, Licensed Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants, and Client Service Representatives. We have a well equipped facility, including digital radiography (both dental and full body), ultrasound, in-house laboratory equipment, cryotherapy, and a companion animal therapeutic laser. Public services are offered onsite in our clinic, and limited services are offered via our mobile Neuter Scooter. In addition to serving public pet patients, the VBSPCA Low-Cost Veterinary Clinic provides medical care for the VBSPCA shelter animal population of small animals, cats, and dogs.
As an Associate Veterinarian you serve as a critical role in the daily operations of the VBSPCA in both our public clinic as well as caring for our shelter animals. This position serves in our clinic building as well as in our mobile Neuter Scooter.
If you thrive in an active, mission-driven, team environment, we encourage you to apply. The Virginia Beach SPCA is a terrific place to work where veterinarians and their support teams will make a lasting impact on the lives of animals and people in need.
