Duties & Responsibilities | Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Medicine is a premier academic medical center located in the heart of Richmond. Position Summary: This position is responsible
for providing staff leadership, day-to-day management, and administrative
oversight for the Office of Medical Education (OME). This role is integral in
ensuring that the OME operates smoothly, efficiently, and collaboratively while
maintaining compliance with institutional policies. The individual will work
closely with faculty, staff, and students to foster a culture of teamwork,
accountability, and continuous improvement, while coordinating key operational
functions, including staff management, budget oversight, student health insurance
verification, facilities coordination and special programs oversight.
