Job Description
The postdoctoral fellow will perform theoretical calculations on the capture and conversion of CO2 using a multi-scale approach including density functional theory, classical and quantum molecular dynamics, and machine learning.
Required Qualifications
The candidate must have a Ph. D. in Physics or in Physical Chemistry and experience working on computer codes such as VASP and Gaussian. Experience in machine learning and generation of force fields and modeling of catalysts and energy materials will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in the above areas should be evidenced by publications in major international journals. Collaboration with experimentalists is also desirable.
