Mission or Goal of Unit: The mission of the
Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases is to provide superior subspecialty
clinical care to the children of Central Virginia, to provide outstanding training
in infectious diseases for medical students, residents and subspecialty
fellows, and to generate new knowledge through both clinical and basic science
research projects. Chief Purpose of this position: The Division of Pediatric Infectious
Disease at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU is seeking two individuals
interested in a PRN position and contribute to Pediatric Infectious Disease’s program
success. Candidates should be eager to join and augment a superior academic infectious
diseases division that provides clinical coverage within a Pediatric Medical
Center that has recently experienced significant dynamic growth within a new
