Duties & Responsibilities | Audit and Compliance Services has an opening for a Program Manager. The Program Manager has the primary responsibility of assisting the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer (CECO) with the continued development and implementation of the corporate compliance programs related to policy, state and federal regulatory compliance, and conflicts of interest. In this role, the Program Manager will lead and provide expert technical assistance to highly visible, sensitive, and multifaceted projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for balancing several projects simultaneously; this includes, providing assistance in setting the strategic direction of the policy, compliance & conflicts monitoring programs, developing project plans, providing high quality project management, analytic support services, and technical expertise to a broad array of issues. The Program Manager will primarily focus on: the university’s policy program, regulatory compliance coordination, and the university’s comprehensive and decentralized conflicts of interest/commitment disclosure process. In addition, the Program Manager will be the primary or secondary investigator on cases involving potential violations of university policy, and perform ad hoc duties as requested by the CECO in support of the ICO team. |
