We seek applicants with demonstrated experience in advancing these priorities through their practice, teaching, and service. Typical Duties - Forecast students for field entry for upcoming semesters
- Collaborate with the Office of Student Success staff to track student program and curriculum plan changes
- Clear or approve students for field placement courses each semester by verifying co/pre-requisites for all field courses
- Lead roll reconciliation efforts for all students enrolled in OFE courses
- Support course section creation and registration efforts each semester in collaboration with OFE administrative team
- Lead onboarding new agencies to the use of Tevera field placement management software
- Manage securing, updating, and storing all placement agency Memorandums of Agreement, including working with VCU legal and Office of the Provost partners to negotiate non-standard and out of state agreements
- Support OFE site development by following up on field partner inquiries submitted the school website and as requested by the DOFE
- Process all forms for educational and field placement verification for licensure and other credentials
- Facilitate the orientation of field instructors, task supervisors, and students to their field education roles and responsibilities
- Assist with the development of field education sites
- Serve as member of the OFE administrative team
- Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a staff member at VCU
