| Qualifications | Required Qualifications: MSW in Social Work or Master’s in a related field. The candidate must also be licensed eligible in the Commonwealth of Virginia and licensed in Virginia within in two years of start date. Evidence of strong theoretical base informing clinical practice in both group and individual therapy. The position also requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written, strong interpersonal skills, experience with brief psychotherapy and group therapy, and experience working with diverse populations. The position requires working two evening per week. We seek someone who is collaborative in nature, practices good self-care, and possess the ability to manage a challenging workload while promoting a positive atmosphere and healthy relationships. |
