department by providing optimal care in a patient-centered environment, providing
sub-specialty expertise, providing top quality imaging and therapeutic
procedures, and to advance medical education and research, with a vision to
create a department that is recognized as top tier nationally and
internationally. Chief Purpose of this position: The Department of Radiology at VCU is currently seeking a Pediatric Radiologist to join our existing group of four Pediatric Radiologists, all of whom have either attained their Certificates of Additional Qualification from the American Board of Radiology or are eligible to do so. This full-time pediatric radiology position will provide specialized diagnostic radiology - pediatric imaging interpretation, including CT, MR, US, fluoroscopy, and radiographs excluding interventional radiology and nuclear medicine, with the use of state-of-the-art equipment. They will also train residents within the large, highly productive academic radiology department.
