Qualifications | Required Qualifications: The successful candidate must have a doctoral degree in clinical psychology or counseling psychology, ABD in psychology is also permitted with expectation of completed degree within one year of hire date. The candidate must also be licensed eligible in the Commonwealth of Virginia and licensed in Virginia within in one year of degree verification. The position also requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with brief psychotherapy. A demonstrated commitment to the highest ethical standards of professional practice, as well as an understanding of and commitment to diversity issues in the delivery of UCS services is also required.
