Job Duties
This position is responsible for advancing the Digital Engagement & Experience team's mission and vision by providing our customers, users, and audiences with usable products through efficient oversight of multiple component disciplines. This includes Public Website content management, assessment, and design. This position will also assist with website architecture, visual design and copywrite / editing activities
Minimum Qualifications
Considerable knowledge, skills, abilities, and competency in developing content strategies. A portfolio or organized work samples showing prior work is encouraged.
Considerable knowledge, skills, abilities, and competency in each of the following : o Content strategy (content audits, content governance, and copywriting)o Search engine optimization (SEO)o Website Analytics and Analysiso Accessibility Testing and Compliance
Basic knowledge, skills, abilities, and competency in each of the following : o Information architecture (including wireframes, sitemaps, and card sorting)o Visual design (website, mobile, print, typography)
Some knowledge, skills, abilities, and competency in each of the following : o Website development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)o Usability testing (A / B testing, card sorting)o User experience design
Some prior creative project or website management experience.
Additional Considerations
Additional Advanced Knowledge, Experience, Licenses, Certifications that would be beneficial to the Agency for the employee to possess on the first day of work
