Job Duties
Deputy Clerk (wage) position is assigned operational responsibilities in a high volume, fast paced office with frequent deadlines.
Job Duties :
The deputy clerk-wage position is assigned operational responsibilities and ensures the court's instructions are executed and legal papers are prepared with accuracy and in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures. Answering multiline phones, extensive filing, data entry, assisting customers, receipting payments, and any other duties deemed necessary by management. Must possess the ability to professionally interact with diverse customers and various agencies providing excellent customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Applicants should be highly organized and possess significant knowledge, skills, and abilities in time management and customer service. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
Additional Considerations
Most competitive applicants will have court, business, and office related experience. This is a wage position with no benefits. Approximately 8 to 16 hours per week; $12.41 per hour.
