Job Duties
The Department of Visual and Performing Arts / Division of Music invites candidates to apply for a nine month tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor in Voice. Review of applications begins immediately, and the position remains open until filled. The Division of Music offers two undergraduate degrees - B.M. in Music Education and B.M. in Music Media. The graduate program offers an M.M. with concentrations in Theory / Composition, Performance, and Music Education.
The successful candidate will :
Deliver quality teaching for voice major, voice minor, and other undergraduate and
graduate classes students, mentoring students, demonstrate personal integrity and excellent communication / interpersonal skills, serve the University on all levels and engage in scholarship.
