Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic and driven Residential Field Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This unique role blends direct sales with field marketing efforts, focusing on engaging residential consumers, building local brand awareness, and driving market share growth. This is a hands-on role that involves direct face-to-face interaction with potential customers, primarily through door-to-door sales and event-based marketing. You will own a portfolio of residential fiber markets, actively signing up new customers while creating community relationships through marketing initiatives that directly support your sales goals. As the face of All Points Broadband in your markets, you will represent the brand in local interactions, building trust and fostering strong community connections. Field Sales Representative critical responsibilities:
- Door-to-Door Sales & Outreach: Actively engage with potential customers by knocking on doors, distributing marketing materials, and discussing fiber internet fixed wireless and services in person.
- Community Engagement & Local Events: You will act as the face of All Points Broadband by identifying opportunities for local sponsorships and community engagement, planning and executing events that build brand visibility and generate qualified leads and sales.
- Local Advertising & Sponsorships: Work with the marketing team to identify local advertising opportunities, including out-of-home (OOH) placements such as billboards, flyers, and yard signs that boost brand awareness and drive sales.
- Field Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a sales pipeline by proactively knocking on doors, following up with leads, and guiding prospects through the decision-making process via in-person conversations, emails, and phone calls.
- Drive Fiber Internet Adoption: Utilize a direct sales approach through face-to-face interactions with residents, demonstrating the benefits of high-speed fiber internet and addressing any objections or concerns.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Foster relationships with prospective customers by consistently following up with leads from your local market using calls, texts, and personal visits.
Main Channels for Success:
- Door-to-door efforts, including door knocks, door hangers, and placing yard signs.

Qualifications of a strong candidate:
- Education: Some college or equivalent and education (Business related bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably door-to-door, event sales, or field marketing.
- Sales-Driven Mindset with Marketing Integration: Experience blending face-to-face sales efforts with field marketing initiatives, ensuring your sales goals align with overall market strategies to maximize growth.
