What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthodontic Front Desk -Brandermill/Midlothian position at Virginia Family Dentistry?
Virginia Family Dentistry is looking for an Orthodontic Front Desk professional to join our Brandermill/Midlothian team! The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in orthodontics administration/ treatment coordination and some clinical experience is preferred. Please note, this position travels to two locations.
Pay range for this position is $17-25/hr. Pay is contingent on experience.
Typical work hours are 4.5 days per week, 8am-5pm.
Duties
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
· Review doctors’ schedule daily to fill any open appointment times. Monitor changes continuously throughout the day as schedule changes to fill open times
· Confirm, schedule, and follow up on unscheduled appointments
· Answer telephones and check office emails daily
· Run necessary patient reports and make follow up and treatment calls
· Ensure all patient appointment information is up to date
