What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/LPN/CMA - Urbana Clinic position at Virginia Gay Hospital, LTC and Clinics?
We are looking for a motivated, caring and compassionate person to join our Urbana Family Medical Clinic Team.
M, T, Th, f 8-5:30 with rotating Saturdays 8 - 12.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Document patient information and treatment plans accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
- Stay updated on current nursing practices and participate in continuous education and training opportunities.
