Essential Duties and Qualifications

Virginia Health Services is looking for a Short Term Contract, Licensed Practical Nurse, who is interested in an environment where growth is supported in long term care! The starting rate is at $30-$35/hour based on experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and holds current Virginia license.
• Experience/education in Gerontological Nursing preferred.
• Computer knowledge preferred.
• While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, turn, bend, stoop, lift, push, pull, reach, talk, hear, taste and smell.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and move up to 50 pounds.
• Risk of exposure to blood borne pathogens and hazardous materials.
