The Public Relations Manager leads a small team of communications and event professionals.

To be successful in this role you must possess :
- At least five years of experience performing in a public relations role for a PR firm or as an in-house PR specialist.
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communications, or related field.
- Experience managing media relations (in person, online, broadcast, and print).
- A creative mind. Ability to thrive on both proactive and reactive PR projects.
- Ability to draw connections between the businesses we support and the role of public relations, and build on those synergies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm in a crisis.
- Proficiency in MS Office and with social media.
- Prior management experience.
