Job Summary
This is a senior-level consultant position that reports to the Managing Consultant and serves as a key member of the Organizational Excellence team. The successful candidate will lead projects from conception to implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement. They will demonstrate superior project management and client relationship skills to oversee multiple projects and deliverable deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from conception to implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement

Requirements
- Advanced degree with a concentration in Organizational Psychology, Business, Systems Engineering, or related field; or a bachelor's degree with significant related experience
- Senior individual contributor role experience, demonstrating leadership, facilitation, project management, and change management skills
- Demonstrated experience in business or strategy consulting, organizational development and design, Lean systems, or organizational effectiveness
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and creative problem-solving in ambiguous situations, project organization, and management skills
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to positively influence diverse audiences
