What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver- Kare Connect position at Virginia Kares Home Care Services LLC?
As a Kare Connect Caregiver, you will provide personalized care to clients in their homes, ensuring they receive the support they need to live comfortably and independently. This role offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work with 2–3 clients per day, providing 2–4 hours of care per client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain clear and accurate records of client care
- Adhere to all safety protocols and confidentiality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability (2-3 clients per day, 2-4 hours per client)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
