We are looking for reliable and caring Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide personal care and support services to clients to help them maintain their independence and dignity. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry assistance.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices if needed.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors.
- Adhere to all care plans, agency policies, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- A desire to care for others and make a difference in their lives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn and able to maintain professionalism.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Current PCA certification or completion of approved training program (preferred, but not required)
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
