Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stockroom Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing spare parts, scheduling preventative maintenance, and managing spare parts inventory to ensure our operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring spare parts are easily accessible and properly stored.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Schedule and track preventative maintenance for equipment and machinery.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and maintenance activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management procedures.
- Provide support during inventory counts and audits.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a stockroom associate or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of maintenance, and previous use of a CMMS.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
