Come to work for a progressive, local family-owned and professionally managed service company successfully serving customers since 1934. We are now seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic candidates to work in our Petersburg facility.
Our Warehouse Lead will be responsible for all aspects of our warehouse team. Great supervisory entry position.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Ensuring all delivery vehicles are properly loaded and staged
- Recommending operational changes
- Assessing risks
- Ensuring safety guidelines are followed
- Resolving production problems
- Conducting performance evaluations
- Giving and receiving employee feedback
- Training employees
- Facilitating team participation
- Ensuring the Warehouse is kept clean and organized
- Ensuring all work is completed daily
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Must be able to load, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
