The Entry Level Verizon Account Representative will report directly to the Head Sales Manager and will be responsible for:
- Supporting our mission and vision when engaging with new and existing clients.
- Maintaining and supporting clients by addressing inquiries about services, providing detailed information, and resolving concerns effectively.
- Expanding the client base through active prospecting, building relationships, and securing sales.
- Attending daily client meetings to establish goals and contribute to team and individual success.
- Accurately managing database information, sales pipelines, and forecasts to optimize performance.
- Keeping the assigned territory database up-to-date to enable strategic marketing plans.
- Leveraging business acumen to understand customer needs and using that knowledge to close sales through compelling communication.
