Responsibilities :
Greet patients and families, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
Accurately register patients, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays.
Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with other departments (as needed).
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- One year of related work experience that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Pay Range
17.39 - $24.87 / hour
