Job Details
CCU - JP9 position at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.
Mixed general and cardiac CCU with an average census of 18-20 patients.
Job Requirements
Must have 3-4 years of CVICU, CCU, or cardiac specific critical care experience.
Experience with temporary pacers is required.
Experience caring for stroke patients is necessary.
Schedule Information
12-hour shifts from 7a-7p.
Every other weekend required, with potential for more.
Holidays may require work if they fall within the contract.
Unit Specific Information
Unit has a nurse to patient ratio of 1 : 1-2.
House supervisor is present at all times, charge nurse does not take an assignment.
Additional Details
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required.
Travelers may float to other facilities within Region One if needed.
