Your Role: Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you, the Architect of Inclusion, will step into the transformative role of Director of Culture and Belonging. Here, you will be the visionary leader who integrates diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and belonging (DEIA&B) into the very essence of our organization. Position Details:
Type: Full-time, On-Site (Monday - Friday, with some weekend and after-hours events )
Relocation Available: This is not a remote position.

Requirements
- Drug-Free Environment: Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace, supported by favorable pre-employment screenings.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, human resources, or psychology, ideally with a Bachelor’s or preferred Master’s degree.
- Relational Skills: Exceptional ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
- Health Commitment: Proactive Covid-19 Vaccination Status
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English; and Spanish is a plus, enhancing our community’s rich tapestry of voices.
