Exciting Opportunity: Laundry Supervisor
In this pivotal role, you will be at the helm of our laundry operations, supervising and coordinating the dedicated efforts of our laundry staff. Your leadership and support will be essential as you train and orient new team members, create schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and manage record-keeping and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead with Purpose: Provide strong leadership to inspire and guide the laundry team in delivering exceptional service.
- Training & Orientation: Equip new staff with the skills they need to succeed through comprehensive training and orientation programs.
- Scheduling & Evaluation: Create efficient schedules that optimize team performance while conducting regular performance evaluations to foster growth and development.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage essential record-keeping and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is essential. If you have at least two years of supervisory experience in a laundry setting, that's a fantastic bonus!
- Leadership Skills: You should have a natural ability to supervise, coordinate, and inspire others. Your leadership will guide our team to success!
- Communication Mastery: Your communication skills will shine as you engage with staff, residents, families, and stakeholders across the organization, whether through speaking, writing, or presenting.
