- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Maintain the front desk area, keeping it tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages as needed.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.

Requirements

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
