Requirements:
- Must be able to document written, typed and/or computer medical information into the electronic medical record system.
- Must be able to transcribe the spoken word into words, symbols and terms which reflects the medical assessment of the clinical practitioners.
- Must be able to distinguish between the different forms of medical results and physical findings and appropriately document them.
- Must be able to assist the attending physician with routine office visit activities and any other duties assigned to them.
