Position Description
This position plays a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless warehouse coordination. You'll be the first point of contact for Will Call customers and drivers, support the Warehouse and Commercial Sales Teams, and manage essential order processes. This is a dynamic role that bridges customer service and operational excellence.
- Greet and assist Will Call customers and truck drivers
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Sales Teams to fulfill orders
- Process customer returns (RGAs) and issue credits
- Answer phones and support order entry across multiple platforms
- Manage inventory receipts, label printing, and backorder fulfillment
- Monitor and resolve delivery issues
- Maintain organized records of shipping documents
- Handle freight pricing and prebill order labeling
- Provide backup support for parcel and sample order processing
- Review and update vendor confirmations
- Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Previous customer service and warehouse experience preferred and experience
- Will call, order entry, warehouse INB process, freight costing, parcel shipping support, sample process support.
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Valid driver's license required
- Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery
